Changed help and messages and added a truck call back button.
This version slightly modifies the interface
- Messages appear at the top left of the game screen
- Building help now succinctly explains all the actions that can be performed by the building.
- In the report, lack of transport or hospitals now appear in red because they risk losing the game.
- A ringtone alerts you of the arrival of the shuttle.

A new button appears on some buildings. It allows you to recall the truck to the garage. This can be useful when there are persistent blocking situations or when you want the truck to be forced to reassign itself to a closer objective.
